Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form:

• Your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company and area of interest
• The subject and message you write
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions and prevent spam (we do not store the address itself)

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. The site remembers your light/dark theme choice in your own browser’s local storage; that setting never leaves your device.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to reply to your inquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored and for how long

Form submissions are delivered to our business email (Google Workspace) and a copy is kept in a secured database on Amazon Web Services in the United States for up to 180 days, after which it is deleted automatically. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed for our business relationship and legal obligations.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests the fonts. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing contact@pramasys.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and revise the effective date above.
